Submission Requirements
v The application must be submitted in English.
v Submit the CVs of all young professionals listed as contributors to the paper.
v Submit the CV of the research supervisor, holding the title of Specialist, Consultant, Faculty Member, or equivalent.
v Applicants must include a letter from the project supervisor stating:
o No objection to submitting the research for the award.
o A detailed account of each contributor's role in the paper, including an approximate percentage of their contribution.
o Signatures of all contributors listed in the paper.
v A title page must be provided with the following information:
o Research paper title
o Authors
o Affiliations
o Contact information
v The submitted paper must adhere to the following formatting and word count requirements:
o Title
o Abstract (maximum 250 words)
o Main text:
§ Introduction (maximum 750 words)
§ Methods and tools (maximum 1000 words)
§ Results (maximum 750 words)
§ Discussion (maximum 1000 words)
§ Conclusion and study limitations (maximum 250 words)
§ Funding sources, if applicable
o Research ethics committee approval
o Patient consent declaration, if applicable
o Conflict of interest declaration, if applicable
o Disclosure of any use of AI tools (e.g., large language models like ChatGPT) in writing the paper
o A complete, accurate, and online-accessible reference list (maximum 30 references)
o Supplementary materials (graphs, illustrations, and tables) must be attached at the end of the paper
v Disclosure of any awards received for the submitted research.
v An Arabic translation of the research paper title.
v Include a simplified summary of the research paper, not exceeding 300 words.
v Valid passport copies of all young professionals involved in the research paper.
